Team CT9L is preparing for CQWW-CW in Multi/Multi category this year. The team is already active as CS95A before and after the contest. During the contest we'll take of as CT9L as usual. We appreciate any call/qso!

This year the team is constituted by:
DK3QZ, DL5XX, DL3QQ, DL1XW, DL3HAH, DL2OBF, DJ7IK, DJ7JC, DF1AL and PA0R.

25.November 2008

Eight team members arrived. A lot of antennas still standing after the SSB crew left them up. Just few preparations requried. Some QSOs as CS95A to warm up.

26.+27. November 2008

Two more team members arrived. Now we are ten people. Hopefully the condx will allow us to keep 4-5 stations on air. We did a lot of antenna work, set up all stations, computers etc. Unbelievable the everything should work on Thursday evening before the contest. We connected some separate power lines and we have 5 stations ready. 10m and 160m will be put together to one station. This year we put together the following equipment:

 

10m + 160m:

K2 + Acom2000

10m: TH5 @ 18m
160m: Vertical


15m:

K3 + Tokio HyPower 1.5

4 el Monoband @ 12m

 

20m:

FT 990 + Expert 1KW
TH6 @ 10m

 

40m:

K3 + Acom 2000
2 el Beam @ 15m + Vertical


80m:

K3 + Expert 1KW
GÜ + Dipole @ 12m

 

28. November 2008

All stations are set up and working. Already logged 3800 QSOs as CS95A. Modified some station settings to minimize interference. Unfortunately 10m seems to be dead. Will be hard to reach our goal of 15.000 QSOs and 36 Mio points.
